Can SQL Server 2005 run on Windows XP SP2

Hi
In "http://www.microsoft.com/sql/editions/standard/sysreqs.mspx" I read that
SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition can run on Windows XP SP2.
I am sure that I read some place that SQL Server 2005 Standard edition must
run on a server operating system.
Is this correct?
Regards Kjell Arne JohansenSQL Server 2005 Standard is supported on Windows XP SP2. It says so
on the box (so to speak) and it runs fine for me.
Not that I would use XP for a production server, but it is supported.

that SE was supported on client OS. Not that I've tested it, but I haven't seen any official text
saying anything different.
