Can SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services run against/on a SQL Server 2000 instance?

I was wondering SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services can run against/on a SQL Server 2000 database/instance?

Is there anything that I should know about when installing the SQL Server 2005 Reporting services? Is there any special requirements? Are there any special requirements when upgrading from SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services to SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services?

I do appreciate the help and advice. Google unfortunately has not turned up any answers for me.
